Bumrungrad International Hospital established its Refferal office in Ulaanbaatar in 2007. Through us, any Mongolians living, working, studying in Mongolia and abroad, as well as foreigners now has the pleasant opportunity to get diagnosed and treated at the BIH.
We will arrange the following service for you:
Provide general information about the hospital
Medical Enquiries and Estimate Medical cost
Obtain doctor’s appointment
Assist in travel arrangements
Assist in accommodation arrangements
Arrange Ambulance pick up service from the Airport
Airport pick-up service
Free of charge interpreting service for various languages
Facilitate purchase of prescribed Medications via airmail
Help patients correspond with his/her doctor, once they have returned from the trip. This includes sending test results, obtaining consultation from doctors – all free of charge.
The hospital is available for you for seven days a week and 24 hours a day.

Mongolian Citizen who have at least 6 moths valid passport, can travel to Thailand without Visa, if staying for 30 days. If customer needs to travel for more than 1 month we can connect you with the Royal Thai Consulate in Mongolia for a long term visa.
